We’re happy to offer a 30 day money-back guarantee for all products that are returned to us in their original condition (unused and in the original packaging).
HOW TO START A RETURN
1. Email returns@z-blox.com quoting your name, order email address and order number to register a new return.
2. Re-package and post your item to the following address using a tracked service:

3. Once received to our warehouse the item will be inspected and a refund issued within 3-5 working days.
If you have not heard from us within 7 working days, please email us with the tracking details of your return and we’ll investigate.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Returns will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition with original packaging.
• Items eligible for a return must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• All customers are responsible for shipping costs to our facility.
• Returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment.
• Please note, returned items which are not in their original condition will not be accepted at our facility, and customers will be responsible for further associated costs.
